Raymond became interested in photography in the late 60's..... had a love for Black & White film...FP4, HP5 , XP1 film . He did all his own developing (35mm-120mm Black & White film) with work published in the 70s till the present day. He inevitably became digital in 2006!!!
Work published in magazines include = SLR, 35mm Photography, Creative Photography and PIC International etc.
Work published in books: - include Bridge over Muddy Waters, Hex Files, A-Z of Gothic Rock and "Nude"- (published Australia 2009) Album covers and book covers.
Exhibitions at The Open Eye- Liverpool, alongside Angus Mc Bean & Elliott Erwitt, Chester Town Hall and Museum, Chester Teaching College, Winsford Civic Hall, Northwich Memorial, Widnes Queens Hall, Runcorn Art Centre and the Ucheldre, Holyhead, Anglesey, to name a few...

Raymond has International awards through various Photographic Salons, including British Contemporary. LCPU, FIAP, PAGB, etc, and well over 250 Photographic Awards. Also featured Artist on the worldwide Redbubble. Came in the top 3 (well 2nd) out of 10,000 entries American Fine Art 2023.
